We finished off the
summer with a trip to the Jersey shore. The long drive was only half
the fun! The babies did well though on the trip. As we came to
find out, Wildwood is known as the
"Doo-wop" Capitol of the World -- referring to the music, angular
architecture, and glowing neon of the early 1950's. Our hotel,
The Starlux, was completely decked
in this retro theme. And here's some trivia for you, Wildwood's
official tree is the plastic palm. Lastly, should you decide to visit
Wildwood you better bring some plastic, everything's on the pricey side! |
