God gave us this incredible blessing for 19 weeks...a mere 133 days.  Although the time could never be long enough for us, we are eternally grateful to Him for gracing our presence with this little miracle.
     The fact that Mark was born with a congenital heart defect never dampened his spirit nor the joy that he brought to our lives. We knew immediately that this child was special.  Staring into the vastness of his deep brown eyes was like peering into Heaven itself.  An overwhelming  peacefulness was tangible in his gaze.  The gentleness of his soul touched everyone around him.
     No words can describe the endless love we have for Mark or the immense void forever in our lives at his passing.  Through prayer, we ask that God give us the strength to go on in life without Mark, and ask that someday He unite us with him in the Kingdom of Heaven.
